A secure internal dashboard that replaced spreadsheet-heavy coordination for a service business — jobs, staff assignments and daily reporting in one place.

Daily operations ran across WhatsApp groups and spreadsheets, causing missed updates and slow reporting.
Our approach
We studied one full week of operations, listed every recurring artefact, and designed the data model so each record had a single owner and clear status.
